Experience of almost 10 years as a labor inspector, preceded by a diverse career which includes directing a human resources department, practice as a lawyer on labor rights, as well as work on social rights both at an academic center and an NGO, together with professional training provided to professionals from different sectors, made me an expert on labor relations.
Over my professional path, I had the chance to meet and interview hundreds of workers and meet entrepreneurs and companies from the inside, contacted leaders, trade unions, representatives of companies and organizations, from small businesses to corporations, which offered me the business perspective from all angles.
More recently, I have combined an academic and technical background in law, labour law and gender equality, with trainings on other skills such as coaching, mentoring, systemic management and family and organizational constellations, meditation and mindfulness, which have allowed me to access what lies beneath work, what brings well-being and what takes it away, and with that knowledge I have gathered a set of tools to achieve greater satisfaction at work. Today and with all this knowledge and experience, together with people and organizations, I facilitate the process of diagnosing the challenges and issues, testing possibilities and finding solutions and pathways.
As an experienced trainer and facilitator, I am continuously in search for new tools, methods and resources to provide a more interactive and playful experience to clients and trainees.
